Why request the assistance of a Vendor Advocate?

Your Vendor Advocate will ease the pressure of selling, take the lead in relationships like those with the Real Estate Agent selected to market & sell your home and make sure that nothing is overlooked and that you are looked after, throughout the process. We will Project Manage everything from the day you engage us until Settlement day and beyond.

The Vendor Advocate that will work with you will not take sides but will work with every stakeholder involved (usually 2 of you) to make sure that everyone is heard and that the end result, as much as possible, meets everyone's requirements.

We also, as appropriate, limit the need for you to liaise with your Ex about the sale: You talk to Us, We talk to Them and We talk to You. We don't take sides but also understand the difficult situation that you are both in and work to ease the stress of the situation for all.

And the total cost to you for using this Service? Nothing, we are paid by the agent, that we introduce to you, to sell your property.

We do however request that you pay us an engagement fee of $5,500 (inc GST) that is refunded once we are paid by the agent.
